We are a small household community situated in the broader subdivision of the Wilderness.  The Cottages enjoys an enviable position close to Blue Valley schools.  We are also minutes from Blue Valley Recreation Center and excellent shopping options.

 

The Cottages is a close community that regularly enjoys community socials at The Wildie - the subdivision's Clubhouse.   The Wildie is an excellent facility comprising Clubhouse, Fitness Center and Pool. The Cottages is a picture perfect community; you will be surprised how quickly you come to know everyone's faces.  It is a particularly good community for children with excellent green spaces including a basketball court. We take pride in celebrating the holidays, and events such as Halloween, with a community outlook.

 

The Cottages has a diverse group of residents from young families to retirees.  You will be warmly welcomed at The Cottages.  We also enjoy a very green outlook at The Cottages, and you'll be surprised at how many of the wild members of our community that will occasionally visit.  Deer, coyotes, and a range of birds regularly stop by to say hello.

 

With excellent landscaping, a dynamic and proactive Home Owners Association, dependable services, and a close proximity to everything you would need, The Cottages at the Wilderness is a wonderful place to live.
